Our stainless steel heavy duty lockable swivel rod holder features a 360 rotatable cast stainless steel gimbal pin. Rotational friction is adjustable by tightening/loosening two set screws located on the rod holder body (stainless steel hex key included). With a single turn of a knob at the bottom of the rod holder, the gimbal can be locked in place to provide a fixed rod holder. This feature replaces two conventional holders, optimizing space, and provides up to 40% more friction than conventional swivel rod holders.For optimal locking/unlocking, it’s recommended to reduce friction from the set screws first.

This holder is compatible with a max hull thickness of 2″ and requires a 2 and 5/8 inches hole saw.
