A tire clamp is an outstanding design for installing heavy-duty tires.
A handy hand tool for helping to make difficult-to-install bicycle tires easier to install with much more leverage than standard bicycle tire levers and controlled placement of the tire bead on the rim. Made of durable nylon plastic that also helps to prevent scuffs or scratches to the rim during use. Spring-action design holds the tool in the open position for easier, one-handed placement on the tire during tire installation. A clip on the handle holds the tool in the closed position when not in use. This is a tool we use on regular basis in our bike shop for tires that resist going on the rim with normal hand applied pressure. The wider opening compared to other types of bicycle tire bead jacks allows use with a wider range of tire sizes.
