Salomon brought the Shift Pro series to market for a pretty singular reason. The Shift Pro 100 AT, a tick softer than it’s super-stiff big brother, the Shift Pro 120 AT, is the perfect gateway for skiers looking to expand their resume from the lifts to the skin tracks.

With four buckles and a power strap, a medium 100 flex, a seamless and ridiculously comfy liner, and a shell designed for pure power transfer, this boot dreams of driving your sticks at high speed.

A one quiver boot, however, means it has to handle the uphill, as well. The Surelock skiwalk mechanism is secure and simple, enabling an expansive range of motion for walking, with a simple flip of a switch. An additional hiking hook on the topcuff’s buckle expands the range of motion and mobility of the boot when its in hike mode, improving your comfort when heading up towards a peak. Toss in a GripWalk sole and you’ve got yourself a true one quiver AT boot.
