Designed for ice climbing and dry-tooling, the Grivel Tech Machine has an interchangeable ice pick that is tapered to 3 mm at the tip so it penetrates, even in the coldest ice. Itsstout Mix blade (4.2 mm sold separately) will accept your abuse hooking on both ice and rock.

The Machine’s radically bent shaft easily clears bulges and cauliflowers, and allowsstable hooking and solid placements, even when the ice gets unruly.
