Henry Cowen’s Bonefish Scampi was developed in the mid 1990s in the Bahamas for picky and finicky bonefish. Widely fished across the flats of Belize, Mexico, Los Roques, and even the Seychelles. This version is tied with a barred bunny fur wing and bead chain eyes to make it suspend in the water column.
