The Troll-master PR-1030 Downrigger Quick Mount is an instant mounting plate adapter that uses a boat’s existing flush mount rod holders. This provides the angler an alternative method of mounting a downrigger without the conventional bolt-through gunnel mounting. Constructed of heavy duty black anodized aluminum, it’s 9-1/2″ long with 1-1/2″ diameter stem. It fits both Penn and Cannon downrigger mounting patterns. No additional hardware included.

No additional hardware included.
